Can you lose weight with Keto Diet?
Well studies have shown that it can happen as soon as six weeks. So that means if you're doing a strict Keto Ultra Diet all it takes is somewhere around six weeks for your body to start making that shift. That is miraculous. We could write here now. I'm a huge promoter of Keto diet and I recommend that you do it for a longer period of time. But even if you just went on it for six or eight weeks you would start to see some huge improvements in your body's ability to use fat compared to if you never get in the first place. How to begin a Keto Diet? What's really interesting is once you've been doing ketosis for a while is your body actually develops the ability to use ketones for some fuel for some cells then it uses straight fats for other cells like muscle cells and it still magically uses glucose for other cells. So you've actually acquired the ability to not just use fats but use fats and still use carbs so your body actually still creates carbohydrates. We still have carbs our blood sugar never goes to zero carbs are never null and void. They always exist naturally in our body they're created from protein and they're created from small amounts of carbs that we still consume on a daily basis. So it's not like we're ever getting rid of carbs entirely. There are cells in our body that still require them and that's very important to know. So when we can allow the body to still use fats as a fuel source but in conjunction with the natural carbohydrates that are going to be in harmony. It's like our body can use all kinds of fuel. It's like having a vehicle that can run on diesel and on gasoline and on jet fuel. It's pretty darn amazing. Preparing for the Keto Diet OK now let's go ahead and move into getting started preparing for Keto. What should you do right when you're getting ready to get going. This first thing might seem kind of obvious and kind of basic but honestly you want to be in a controlled environment. I recommend the first one to two weeks of Keto that you make sure you're home. You don't have any extensive travel a couple day trips might be fine but make sure that you're home. Make sure you're in a controlled situation. And I say this because during the first one to two weeks is when if you're going to encounter any cravings. If they happen they would happen during that first week simply because you're going through a process that your body's blood sugar balancing you're going to have some dips you're going to feel a little credit for the first couple of days totally to be expected you might as well be home where you could control your diet and not out on the road where you're tempted to go out with friends or to go to a restaurant eat the wrong thing.
